Are you looking for a rock-solid, versatile hybrid bike that handles your daily commute just as easily as a multi-day trekking trip with a full load? The Cube Kathmandu One is built to handle anything. The frame is made from high-quality aluminium with Smooth Welding seams, giving it a sleek and almost organic look. All cables are neatly routed through the frame, where they are protected from dirt and water.
For the drivetrain, Cube has selected the reliable Shimano Cues 2x9 gear groupset. With 2 chainrings at the front and 9 sprockets at the rear, you will always find the right cadence, whether you are braving headwinds on flat open roads or tackling steep hills. Powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes ensure excellent braking performance in dry to soaking wet conditions. Shocks and vibrations from rough roads and cobbled paths are smoothly absorbed by the suspension SR Suntour fork.
What really makes this bike an all-rounder is its equipment. The rear luggage rack (ACID Integrated Carrier 3.0) forms a single unit with the rear mudguard and rear light. The additional mounting points on the tubes allow you to carry water bottles or rack accessories. With lights, mudguards and a stable rear stand, the Kathmandu One is ready for all your cycling adventures!

Integrated Carrier 3.0 and smooth welding
The ACID rear luggage rack forms a sleek, ultra-strong unit with the aluminium frame. Thanks to the smooth-finished welds, the tubes are joined together seamlessly.
UDH gear hanger
The Universal Derailleur Hanger is very sturdy, protects your derailleur in the event of a fall, and can be easily replaced anywhere in the world in the future.
Internal cable routing
The shift and brake cables run directly through the frame. Not only does this look tidy, but it also extends their life because they are not exposed to dirt and road salt.

- Lubricate the Shimano Cues chain regularly with a high-quality chain lubricant to ensure smooth gear changes and prevent wear caused by dirt.
- Keep the Schwalbe Green Marathon tyres at the correct pressure (check this every month using a bike pump with a pressure gauge); this makes cycling easier and helps prevent a flat tyre.
- After rides in the rain or on sandy tracks, clean the suspension fork with a cloth and treat it with suspension fork spray to keep the seals supple.
